Throughout the last twenty years at BumbleBar, our workplace culture has become more and more diverse. And we love it! There are many benefits to having a diverse work environment, including elimination of discrimination through promotion of a safe work culture.

Looking around the production floor and facility office, we noticed a trend; almost all of our BumbleBar team members have tattoos! The large number of tattooed employees may simply be a testament to the modern times, but we’re convinced it’s because our company is overflowing with creative, unconventional, and innovative minds! Dianne wakes up every morning around 4:00 AM and prepares for her 10+ hour shift with determination in her eyes and pep in her step. She never complains, is always on time, and is the first to volunteer for extra shifts. BumbleBar’s lead baker Dianne is celebrating her 3 year employee anniversary and we couldn’t be more appreciative of the work that she’s done and continuing to do. We’ve asked her to sit down with us and answer a few questions about her 3-year journey and counting. Let’s see what she had to say!

Hi there! My Name is Aimee and I recently joined the BumbleBar team as their Office Guru. I’ll be writing lots of the blog posts you’ll be reading in the future, so I’m sure we’ll get to know each other pretty well. I’m excited to be working with a local company that makes a healthy, wonderful products that taste great. My favorite bar is the Classic Cashew BumbleBar. It’s a great bonus that the bars are gluten free, vegan and a great source of natural energy.
