3 Years With BumbleBar

Dianne wakes up every morning around 4:00 AM and prepares for her 10+ hour shift with determination in her eyes and pep in her step. She never complains, is always on time, and is the first to volunteer for extra shifts. BumbleBar’s lead baker Dianne is celebrating her 3 year employee anniversary and we couldn’t be more appreciative of the work that she’s done and continuing to do. We’ve asked her to sit down with us and answer a few questions about her 3-year journey and counting. Let’s see what she had to say!


Hannah (Interviewer): What’s been your favorite product to bake throughout your years at BumbleBar?

Dianne: My favorite product to bake is our paleo co-packing products!

Hannah: Why do you enjoy working here?

Dianne: I like working for Liz. She’s enthusiastic about life and cares about her employees, which makes work enjoyable.

Hannah: How have you seen BumbleBar change over the last 3 years?

Dianne: Well, when I first started working here there were only 5 production employees and we worked in a much smaller space. Now, I work alongside 20 other people and we’re located inside a huge facility.
